Salary
You will be offered a competitive salary, in line with the market rate for your skills, qualifications and experience. Your salary will be reviewed annually and you will be considered for a salary increase based on individual and Company performance.
Bonus
You will be eligible to receive an annual bonus which will be based on both your own and on Company performance. The maximum percentage available to you is dependent on your grade.
Pension
You will be offered membership of the Company's stakeholder pension scheme. Depending on your level of contribution, the Company will pay up to a maximum of 10% into your stakeholder pension fund. Your retirement age will be 65.
Holiday
You will be offered 30 days holiday a year plus 8 public holidays. The holiday year runs from 1 March to 28 February.
Hours
While we formally work a 37 hour week, our Company ethos is not to have fixed start and finish times. You will be able to agree with your manager a working pattern which is compatible with both the needs of the work and your personal circumstances.
Your Personal Development
We will agree a development plan for you as soon as possible after you join which will focus on ensuring that you have the right skills for the job you will be doing. In addition, your performance will be continually reviewed by your manager and you will have a formal appraisal once a year.
Relocation
Finally, we will discuss with you whether a relocation package would be appropriate if you need to move to take up your job.
